01Definitions and Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between PT WAK500 ("the Company", "we", or "wak500") and every individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the wak500 platform services ("User" or "Member").

In this document, certain terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to wak500.app, the Android and iOS mobile apps, and all services available on them.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a user upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to funds held in the user's account that can be used for betting or playing on the wak500 platform.
• "Wins" refers to funds won by the user through betting or gameplay in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or credits granted by wak500 to users in accordance with the applicable promotional terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all wak500 services and supersede all prior agreements between the User and wak500 on the same subject matter.

02User Eligibility and Account Registration

To use wak500's services, all prospective members must meet the following requirements in full:

• Must be at least 18 (eighteen) years or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is legally prohibited.
• Registering an account in your own name with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Wak500 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national ID or passport, a selfie with your ID, and proof of ownership of the bank account or digital wallet used for transactions. 03Account Security and User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential, including their password, PIN, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code if enabled.

All activity carried out through a User's account is deemed to have been performed by that User, unless proven otherwise. wak500 is not liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

04Deposits and Payment Methods

Wak500 provides a wide range of deposit methods commonly used in Indonesia. All methods available on the platform have undergone security verification and can be used with confidence.

General deposit terms:

• All deposits must be made using a bank account, digital wallet, or payment instrument registered in the User's own name, consistent with their registered KYC details.
• Wak500 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds sent from an account not in the user's name may be returned or held pending investigation.
• The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are listed on the Deposit and may change at any time.
• Wak500 does not charge any deposit processing fees on the platform side; however, fees imposed by external payment providers are beyond wak500's control.

05Withdrawal of Wins

Users are entitled to withdraw their wins in accordance with the applicable terms. wak500 is committed to processing every withdrawal request efficiently and transparently.

Withdrawal requirements:

• The account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• The withdrawal method used must be the same as or linked to the deposit method previously used.

• Winnings earned through bonus use are subject to turnover requirements as outlined in Section 6.

Wak500 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there are indications of fraudulent activity, violations of the terms of use, or incomplete verification. Users will be notified of the reason for the hold and the steps required to resolve the situation.

06Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Program

General bonus terms:

General principles that apply across all games:

• Game system decisions are final and binding unless a verifiable technical error is proven.
• Confirmed and placed bets cannot be cancelled or changed except under special circumstances defined in the game rules.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, wak500 will refund the bet to the User or resolve the game based on the last data recorded on the server.
• The use of bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the applicable odds — any change in odds after a bet is confirmed does not affect the placed bet, except in the event of a match cancellation.

08Responsible Gaming

• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity on the platform.
• Using bots, automated programs, or exploits to manipulate game outcomes.

• Initiating chargebacks or unfounded payment disputes through a bank or financial service provider.
• Sharing your account with other users or allowing others to operate your account.

10wak500 Limitation of Liability

Wak500 will make every effort to ensure the service is continuously available and running without interruption. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control.

Wak500 is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the User's end.
• Transaction delays caused by the banking system or third-party payment service providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access by a third party due to the User's failure to keep their account secure.
• Gaming decisions made by the User that result in financial loss.

Wak500's maximum liability to any User in a single incident shall not exceed the amount of active balance held in that User's account at the time of the incident.

11Changes to Terms and Conditions
